Join the BKSM Alumni/ae Association

_ In the summer of 2015, the Bishop Kemper School for Ministry officially launched an alumni/ae association, open to anyone who graduated from BKSM, the Kansas School for Ministry (KSM), or any other local formation program of the Diocese of Kanas, Nebraska, West Missouri or Western Kansas.

The goals of the BKSM Alumni/ae Association are to:

  • Build community and enhance communication among alumni through email, mail, Facebook and face-to-face contact
  • Develop a BKSM Alumni Ambassador program to speak to speak at church and diocese events about the school and its programs
  • Visit with prospective students in each of the four dioceses
  • Solicit gifts to support the operations of BKSM
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive mail and email lists of all alumni 

The Alumni/ae Association plans to meet twice a year, in conjunction with convocation in September and commencement in May. Details are now available about the 2015 Fall Gathering.

The Bishop Kemper School for Ministry is a collaborative venture of the Episcopal Dioceses of Kansas, West Missouri, Nebraska and Western Kansas.
BKSM also partners with the Central States Synod of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America.
BKSM offers classes and programs to educate people for church leadership in both lay and ordained vocations.
